Nicknamed as “El Zorro”, he has already shown his prowess inside the box in terms of his finishing abilities. Apart from this, he is a tremendous dribbler in combination with electrifying pace. On his day, he can be a defender’s nightmare. Currently very raw, this may be one of the reasons why he is mostly used as an impact substitute by coach Gallardo.
He caught the attention of the big clubs for his recent performance against Peñarol, he came as a substitute, and scored the equalizer apart from winning the penalty that was converted by Alvaro Recoba to give Nacional a 2-1 victory over their rivals.
The nineteen year already has been a part of Uruguayan U-20 national team and had his name on the scoresheet against US in his debut.
