Well, one dog on TikTok has shown an aptitude for just that, in a video which shows him diving for rocks in a lake and a river. In the video, which can be seen here, the voice over describes how he has deployed his “special anchor” over his mom’s “audacity to think we would go on a ‘street walk’ and not visit the park.” The video, which has been viewed over 325,000 times, is one of many of the goofy pup on the TikTok page Elton The Golden Retriever, which has over 24 million likes. In other videos, Elton can be seen giving great side eye, stealing socks, snuggling and generally doing what golden retrievers do....

The video, shared on TikTok on Sunday by the dog’s owner, under the username Happythedappy, shows the dog walking over to his owner’s bed, chewing a toy, and making a moaning noise intended at waking up his human. The video, which since being published on the platform has been viewed over 345,700 times and liked about 66,900 times, comes with a caption that reads: “Personal alarm clock.” According to the American Kennel Club, (AKC), golden retrievers are used for everything from hunting and tracking to rescue and service dog work....

On Thursday, the San Francisco Chronicle spoke to the Golden State Warriors Organization who revealed that they are becoming increasingly concerned about the status of Wiggins, who announced in March that he wouldn’t receive the COVID-19 vaccine. “The Warriors recently connected Wiggins with an Oakland doctor who understands issues surrounding vaccine hesitancy, sources said,” said Rusty Simmons of the Chronicle. “The doctor explained the suffering and deaths she has witnessed in patients who contracted the coronavirus, sources said, but Wiggins remains unmoved in his decision against vaccination....
